been offering Health Plans (now SelectHealth™) in Utah since 1983. They have the largest
network of hospitals in Utah. They have over 2,800
physicians that are associated with Utah IHC Health Insurance Plans.
There are currently three different Health Insurance Plans offered

IHC Health Insurance also offers three different physician network options:
1. IHC Select Value has approximately 800 physicians
2. IHC Select Med has approximately 1,900 physicians
3. IHC Select Care has approximately 2,800 physicians
Offering three networks of physicians allows you to adjust your
premium by simply changing the size of your physician network available

IHC Health Insurance also allows you to use hospitals and clinics that are exclusive to Utah
IHC Health Insurance Plans. These include: LDS Hospital, Cottonwood Hospital, Alta View Hospital, Utah Valley
Regional Medical Center and more. In most cases you will not have to drive more than 15 minutes to the nearest
IHC-Affiliated physician who is associated with and accepts IHC Health Insurance.
